No, It would only work for FM7 Forza does have 2 player split-screen, In the Forza Motorsport games. Forza Horizon's open world vastly increases the CPU and VRAM load. Splitscreen would nearly double the already increased load. To the point of it not being possible without significant sacrifices. Forza Motorsport has always had splitscreen.
