I travel a lot and Czech Republic is the 5th country on my current trip. I find people’s mannerism mixed. Some are very friendly (younger generation), some are very rude. You don’t have to speak English perfectly to smile or help someone. I entered several stores and was completely ignored. I am an African American female.
