Clean everything real good, put it on the truck (back on at this point). Make sure you not runnings delete tune. Then go out on a nice long highway drive to purge the DPF clean with heat. If the EGR is working correctly, the DPF should clean up and stay that way. understand that driving conditions come into play here.
