Under the rear of the vehicle, behind the rear bumper there will be a few wires running to a bolt in the frame (left side i think) Check that no wires are loose or boken. J. My hazards do work, the blinker lights on the dash work with the hazards, and the "clicking" is there when the hazards are on. All my lights work and my AC/heater are working. Everything works except the turn signals. I pulled the flasher relay out and I can't find any cracks in the solder joints, even with a magnifying glass.
If the above fails, then may have a bad connection between the VIC and Convenience Center. Check connections for Turn Signal Flasher output Pin #T2 at the Convenience Center (located under the driver side dash). Should have two BK/OR wires. One routes to VIC Pin #6. Both should have "flashing" +12V when either turn signal is ON.
